Track & Trace Specialist – Nightshift (Medellín)

About the role

Staffbridge is seeking a proactive Track & Trace Specialist to join its logistics operations team in Medellín. You will ensure full visibility of every shipment, from origin to destination, while providing real‑time updates to customers and carriers during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments across multiple carriers and systems.
• Identify potential delays early and take swift corrective actions.
• Communicate real‑time status updates to customers, dispatch, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless freight experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in track & trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross‑border freight operations.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms and carrier communications.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
