Trade Marketing & Retail Specialist – OPPO Experience Store

About the role

OPPO is looking for a proactive Trade Marketing & Retail Specialist to drive in-store marketing and commercial performance at its OPPO Experience Stores in Colombia. The specialist turns store sales insights into marketing actions, leads product launches and activations, and makes sure every visit is a great brand experience. The position is 100% on-site at the OPPO Experience Store in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store marketing strategies, product launches and store campaigns, and coordinate BTL activations and retail marketing activities.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store display execution.
• Work with sales, marketing, training and HQ teams on cross-functional projects and follow up on execution.
• Analyze store sales performance (sell-out, traffic, conversion, productivity and accessories attachment rate).
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and turn insights into actions that improve store results.
• Support the implementation of retail SOPs and store standards, and monitor customer experience and service quality.
• Support new store openings and help build scalable retail processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Digital Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing or retail, ideally in consumer electronics, telecom, mass consumption or fashion retail.
• Conversational English (B2+) to communicate with HQ.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Strong commercial analysis skills: advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Power BI is a plus
• Experience with product launches, BTL activations or visual merchandising

Work schedule: rotating shifts based on store operations, including weekends and public holidays, with a rotating day off during the week.
