Transaction Services Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Transaction Services Senior Supervisor leads a medium‑sized unit of support employees, working closely with the Transaction Capture team. The role focuses on improving processes, interpreting data, preparing reports, and minimizing bank risk through strict adherence to audit and control policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, open and amend Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), process payments and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise daily workflow for a medium Transaction Services Operations unit handling exception processing.
• Solve unique transaction service issues, recommend new procedures, and contribute to process improvement.
• Evaluate team performance, make recommendations on personnel actions, and ensure task quality.
• Assess risk, drive compliance with laws and policies, and report control issues transparently.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a related transaction services or operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CDCS certification is a plus.
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more specific skill sets or products.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
