Transaction Services Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Transaction Services Senior Supervisor leads a medium‑sized unit of support employees, working closely with the Transaction Capture team to improve processes, interpret data, prepare reports and mitigate bank risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, including opening and amending Standby Letters of Credit, processing payments and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise daily workflow for the Transaction Services Operations unit, ensuring quality and timely exception processing.
• Analyze complex trade flow problems, recommend new procedures and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Evaluate team performance, advise on personnel actions and coach junior staff.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with audit, control policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in transaction services or a related field.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one product or business area.
• Proven project‑management abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CDCS certification is a plus.
