TranSCend Transformation Analyst - GL Reporting and Interfaces (Fixed Term)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a TranSCend Transformation Analyst for its Global Services Finance function in Bogotá, Colombia. The role drives the MedTech TranSCend tech and process transformation, implementing the S/4 HANA solution in finance and leading project deliverables through to go-live. TranSCend is a multi-year digital transformation that harmonises disparate global ERPs into a single SAP/S4 HANA platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute testing (BST, UAT, BRT, hypercare) and test SOX controls
• Work with other workstreams on end-to-end testing and manage defects and incidents
• Handle data cleansing, conversion and migration in production and quality environments
• Take part in change impact assessment, documentation updates and production cutover planning and execution
• Support stage gates with metrics and act as a change agent and super user for service delivery teams
• Share process improvement and automation ideas

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of finance experience, preferably in MedTech
• Professional accountancy qualification
• Fluent English and good presentation skills
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI, and experience using prompts to improve efficiency

Required skills

• SQL, Alteryx, Python and SAP scripting
• US GAAP and SAP knowledge; S/4 HANA preferred
• Financial reporting landscape and processes (e.g. CFIN/BRAVO)
• GL interfaces and tie-outs, progression accounting, documentation writing (DTP, work instructions)
