TranSCend Transformation Analyst - Inventory & Commercial Fixed Asset (Fixed Term)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a fixed-term TranSCend Transformation Analyst for its MedTech business unit in Bogotá, under the Finance function (Financial Planning & Analysis). The role drives the MedTech TranSCend tech and process transformation initiative, supporting the implementation of the S/4HANA solution in finance and leading key project deliverables and milestones toward a successful go-live. TranSCend is a multi-year digital transformation that harmonizes disparate global ERPs into a single SAP/S4HANA platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate testing (BST / UAT / BRT) and execute testing at all stages, including hypercare
• Test SOX controls and collaborate with other workstreams on end-to-end testing
• Manage defects and incidents arising from testing
• Handle data cleansing, conversion and migration in production and quality environments
• Take part in change impact assessment, documentation updates and production cutover planning and execution
• Support stage gates (including metrics) and act as a change agent and super user for service delivery teams
• Share process improvement and automation ideas proactively

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the MedTech sector
• Professional accountancy qualification
• Fluent English and good presentation skills
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI, and experience writing effective prompts

Required skills

• SQL, Alteryx and Python
• SAP scripting and US GAAP
• SAP knowledge, with S/4HANA preferred
• Inventory accounting, including the MyMediset module
• Documentation such as DTP and work instructions
