Trilingual Customer Support Representative (Portuguese, English, Spanish)

About the role

MicroSourcing is building a talent pool of trilingual customer support representatives fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, working onsite in Bogota, Colombia. The representative handles customer requests end to end, guiding customers toward high-quality resolutions while following established procedures and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests by phone, email and other channels in Portuguese and English, keeping accuracy and warmth.
• Capture every phone interaction accurately in Zendesk so nothing is lost in follow-up.
• Keep conversations compliant with regulatory standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved requests to the right team instead of leaving them open.
• Collaborate with the wider team to resolve requests promptly and share customer feedback with the team lead.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in customer support, a call center or a service environment.
• Fluent Portuguese and a strong grasp of English; this is stated as a requirement.
• Reliable and attentive to detail, even on repetitive requests.
• Nice to have: experience in fintech or financial services.

Required skills

• Comfortable with modern tools such as Google Workspace and CRM platforms, and quick to learn new systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
