UI/UX Designer

About the role

BRIGHTSCOUT is a global B2B branding and development agency that helps emerging tech businesses with brands and apps. As a UI/UX Designer you will create intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences across websites, mobile and web apps and interactive platforms, working from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final interfaces. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams so that every interaction fits the client's brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive, high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile, following brand guidelines and design systems
• Create components, layouts and visual elements, and produce prototypes showing interaction and motion
• Work with senior designers to keep quality, accessibility and visual consistency
• Run user research, interviews and usability tests, and build personas, journey maps, user flows and wireframes
• Collaborate with project managers, lead designers, messaging and strategy roles and developers to define MVP scope and project goals
• Iterate designs based on user testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback
• Work with UX/UI, brand, motion and 3D designers, and take part in design critiques
• Help document processes, build design libraries and refine design systems

Required profile

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a digital or creative agency
• Strong portfolio showing UX process, UI execution and attention to detail
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to present work clearly
• Able to balance creativity, structure and deadlines in a remote-first environment

• Figma and FigJam
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Plus: user research facilitation and familiarity with analytics or data-driven design (a plus)
