Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup in North America. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will act as the right‑hand for the executive, keeping the office running smoothly from a distance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expense reports and event planning.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
• Streamline internal workflows, create SOPs, maintain documentation and generate regular reports.
• Analyze data to support decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role such as Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
