Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proven track record of at least one role with 2 + years tenure.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative without being asked.
