Web Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Web Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale high‑performance, cloud‑native web applications. The role involves transforming prototypes and automation tools into production‑ready features while collaborating with product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale cloud‑native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable production features.
• Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve code quality, and automate testing.
• Build dashboards for automation pipelines and integrate with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing full‑stack web applications with complex API integrations and background job processing.
• Hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake), HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and React.
• Experience deploying and monitoring scalable applications in a public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, or Document Intelligence solutions.
• Ability to work remotely with a private workspace, high‑speed internet, and webcam/video conferencing capability.
