Website Developer – Front‑End & CMS Support

About the role
Sutherland is seeking proactive professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the eProcess platform. The position focuses on front‑end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket‑based enhancements, working on‑site at our Bogotá Americas facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform front‑end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS.
- Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure.
- Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements.
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
Required profile
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
- Availability to work on‑site in Bogotá.
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
