Website Project Manager

About the role

OMNICOMMANDER, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Website Project Manager to join its Website Development Operations team in Bogota. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead large‑scale website initiatives from kickoff through launch while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end website projects, coordinating design, development, QA, and deployment.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent website builds without compromising detail.
• Establish project timelines, define critical milestones, and enforce launch dates for clients and internal teams.
• Translate client visions into clear technical requirements, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and developers.
• Champion UX/UI best practices, guaranteeing ADA‑accessible, visually appealing, and functional sites within scope.
• Oversee content compilation, formatting, and styling to match approved designs.
• Keep development teams updated on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and propose acceleration solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional project‑management experience in website development or a digital agency.
• Deep understanding of the full website development lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Exceptional communication skills (C1 level) for leading meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to pivot between multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
