Website Quality Assurance Analyst (BEX)

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst – BEX will ensure that Colgate‑Palmolive websites worldwide meet corporate guidelines, brand standards, and digital best practices. Working from Cali, you will collaborate with web developers, digital agencies, and internal marketing teams to deliver high‑quality web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute QA audits on websites and deliver clear, timely reports.
• Verify compliance with brand guidelines, corporate standards, and market development requirements.
• Track project hours, report status to the Website QA Coordinator, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Support BEX authors in running crawl reports and generate SEO issue reports.
• Interact with global digital agencies to obtain guidelines and support implementations.
• Implement tracking codes, tags, and extract analytics reports.
• Participate in QA sprint demos and provide feedback using internal checklists.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in website QA, digital marketing, or related fields.
• BS degree and fluent English.
• Experience with CMS platforms and web development processes.

Required skills

• QA testing for websites and SEO.
• CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, WordPress.
• Web languages: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Adobe image and video editing tools.
• Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence.
• Google tools: YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
