Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to bridge business needs with practical solutions.
• Help monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, flagging risks or deviations to senior team members.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in business analysis, requirements management, or project coordination.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, documentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
