About the role

Evolution, a world‑leading iGaming innovator, is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with operators and internal teams. You will ensure promotional campaigns run smoothly, drive KPI achievement, and deliver a personalised, rewarding experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with in‑house resources and operators to execute and analyse promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to optimise strategy.
  • Represent the full portfolio of Evolution products and communicate upcoming releases to customers.
  • Establish and maintain key account relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Serve as escalation liaison, providing root‑cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.
  • Validate customer needs continuously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming account management or a similar client‑facing role.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business‑development knowledge.
  • Proven ability to generate results in a complex commercial environment.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making and effective client management.
  • Team‑leadership experience and a passion for sales, negotiation and problem‑solving.
