Bilingual Community Content Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Bilingual Community Content Coordinator to drive daily content creation, manage community interactions, and support the growth of our new online program. The role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys crafting engaging posts, and thrives in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish multiple daily posts, including user‑generated content and job opportunities, with clear details, visuals, hooks, and active links.
• Research trending products and social media trends to develop content angles, captions, and simple explanations for student promotions.
• Create TikTok and Instagram posts, reels, carousels, and stories using Canva or similar tools; upload content to platforms such as Beacons or Stan.
• Approve new community members, answer questions, respond to comments, and keep the community lively with tips, reminders, and tutorials.
• Assist with program growth initiatives, team projects, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Friendly, engaging, and clear communicator who can work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced remote work setting.

Required skills
