Bilingual Graphic Designer (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Higher Options is looking for a bilingual Graphic Designer to join its in‑house marketing team. You will work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, collaborating with a Creative Marketing Coordinator to bring hospitality brands to life across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets such as social posts, newsletters, menus, and presentation decks.
• Translate marketing ideas into effective visual concepts using Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create and manage branded newsletters in Flodesk.
• Update and refine Squarespace websites and build reusable design templates.
• Assemble visual reference boards on Pinterest for team inspiration.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense aligned with audience, platform and message.
• Well‑organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator, open to feedback and comfortable working in a team.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
