Customer Success Manager (SaaS & Influencer Marketing)

About the role

Insense is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help brands maximise the value of its creator‑marketing platform. You will guide clients through onboarding, nurture ongoing relationships and act as their advocate to ensure they achieve measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Onboard new brands, train them on the Insense platform and paid‑social best practices.
• Monitor usage, identify churn risks and proactively propose solutions or growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
• Prepare and present data‑driven recommendations based on KPIs, new features and market trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer success or similar experience in SaaS or marketing environments.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering business impact.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
