About the role
ExFreight, a U.S.-based digital logistics provider, is expanding its sales team in Medellin. We are looking for a motivated Digital Logistics Sales Representative to promote our online shipping platform and drive new business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify inbound sales leads according to ExFreight’s ideal customer profile.
- Proactively follow up with leads and move opportunities through each sales stage.
- Utilise the ExFreight platform and CRM system to close new accounts.
- Manage newly acquired accounts with ongoing customer follow‑up.
- Communicate the benefits of digital transportation solutions to prospects.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs to grow revenue.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field; logistics coursework is a plus.
- Fluent spoken and written English – essential for the role.
- Strong multitasking ability and effective time management.
- High energy, self‑motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
