About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative support to our clients. This fully remote position requires strong multitasking abilities, an energetic "can‑do" attitude, and advanced English communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client emails and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Track opportunities, plan and schedule project activities.
- Develop and finalize responses to client qualification requests, proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Establish and communicate policies and guidelines within the organization.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities throughout processes.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
- Minimum three years of experience in team management and client‑facing roles.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Required skills
- Project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.
- Google Suite: Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Collaboration platforms: Discord, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, Zoom.
