About the role
We are looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative who will act as a Sales Demo Setter, generating qualified leads and booking product demo meetings with prospective U.S. law firms. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on outbound prospecting through job boards, phone calls, emails, and other approved outreach channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify law firms that are actively hiring using online job boards and professional sites.
- Conduct high‑volume outreach via cold calls and personalized email sequences, following provided templates and scripts.
- Book demo appointments between prospects and sales representatives, confirming attendance and logging details in the CRM.
- Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot, updating lead status and activities daily.
- Provide regular reports on leads generated, demos booked, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor scheduled demos, support post‑demo follow‑up, and help move prospects toward closing.
- Collaborate with team leads and sales managers, participating in meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Comfortable making a minimum of 100 calls and sending 100 emails daily.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platform) proficiency.
