Social Media Manager

About the role

WindshieldHUB is expanding across more than 100 U.S. cities and is looking for a Social Media Manager to strengthen its brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. This strategic and creative role works closely with the Marketing Department to increase reach, engagement and overall visibility while operating 100% remotely from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars and produce high‑quality videos, reels, stories and graphics.
• Strengthen brand presence and grow the audience organically.
• Monitor social trends and apply them strategically.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• Track KPIs and present weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO, Ads and Design teams to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience.
• Excellent English (B2+).
• Live in Colombia (Barranquilla, Bogotá or Medellín preferred).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn algorithms.

Required skills

• Short‑form video creation for Reels and TikTok.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe design tools.
