Supply Chain Specialist – Global Logistics for Cybersecurity

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will ensure seamless cross‑border logistics for a leading cloud‑native cybersecurity provider. Working remotely, you will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and support order fulfilment to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Support order fulfilment for new customer orders, RMAs and replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with Global Support, Sales, Finance and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Optimize logistics workflows and contribute to automation and scalability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates in ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, delays and operational risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations within a global technology environment.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Team player able to collaborate across global teams and time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
