People Operations Specialist

About the role

Twilio is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day HR processes for its remote‑first workforce. The role will partner with People functions and HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless employee experience and maintain data integrity across core HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions and support employees and internal stakeholders.
• Provide HR support on benefits, compensation, policies, relocation, payroll, HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), mobility, immigration and general inquiries.
• Administer, communicate and process core HR processes.
• Partner with People functions and HRBPs to execute operational processes with focus on employee experience and data integrity.
• Mentor and assist employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and projects.
• Participate in system testing and support program rollouts, new systems and processes.
• Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to users and partners.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Broad understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
