About the role
TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live‑chat inquiries. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer experiences in line with client guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required by the campaign.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live‑chat, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by following quality standards set by the client.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full‑time availability (48 hours per week) and residence in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
- Commitment to professional call handling and adherence to quality guidelines.
