About the role
Join ATAIN’s dynamic team as a bilingual Customer Service Agent supporting major hospitality and tourism brands. You will handle inbound calls from interested customers, providing professional assistance and guiding them through bookings and reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in travel, hotel, and airline services.
- Provide professional assistance and answer customer inquiries.
- Guide customers through bookings and reservation processes.
- Maintain high service quality and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred).
- Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
