About the role
A growing US healthcare company is hiring Healthcare Recruiters for a full-time, remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia. The work is remote with EST hours, and the company trains entry-level candidates; no prior recruiting experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Make phone calls to source and qualify healthcare candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Support candidates through licensing, exams, visa processes and interviews
- Follow up daily and build relationships
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team
Required profile
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia
- Strong English communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow
- Interest in helping others advance their careers
What we offer
- Pay of $600-700 USD per month plus $300 per successful placement
- Flexible and supportive team environment
- Room for growth if the company expands to a Bogotá office
