About the role
The Room Attendant ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience in each room, anticipating and personalising guest needs before they are requested.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, dust and disinfect all guest room areas (bedroom, living area, dining area and bathroom) following established procedures.
- Perform room service tasks for occupied and departing rooms.
- Provide coverage service for guests and look for opportunities to personalise the service experience.
Required profile
- More than one year of experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
