About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team as an A2R DS Supervisor, based in Bogotá. You will be part of the Global Services Finance organization, delivering best‑in‑class, cost‑effective financial services and ensuring compliance across our operating companies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end accounting for all transactions, including creation of sales and purchase orders.
- Reconcile out‑of‑balance items and monitor ageing of receivables and payables.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the J&J Credo.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in finance processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team.
- Leadership capabilities to guide a finance team.
