Academy & Apprentice Manager – Early‑Career Talent Programs

About the role

We are looking for an Academy & Apprentice Manager to lead early‑career talent programs across the Americas. You will own the learner journey from onboarding through graduation, partnering with mentors, hiring leaders and HR teams to deliver impactful development experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working‑student initiatives and apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with the global model.
• Act as the primary point of contact for learners, providing coaching, readiness reviews and ongoing guidance.
• Partner with mentors, hiring leaders and business stakeholders to assess learner progress and facilitate successful transitions.
• Monitor performance metrics, certifications, milestones and risks, delivering regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to support workforce planning, recruitment alignment and post‑Academy follow‑up.
• Capture feedback and drive continuous improvement of the Academy experience.

Required profile

• Experience in early‑careers, learning & development, talent development or program management.
• Strong coaching and learner‑support capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cohorts, priorities and timelines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, interpreting data and mitigating risks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
