About the role
The Account Manager will be responsible for retaining and developing relationships with Coface’s key clients and their intermediaries, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This remote position focuses on consultative selling, strategic account management, and cross‑selling of Coface’s trade credit solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and consultative selling.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, renewal offers and cross‑selling strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
- Act as the central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals and compliance.
- Monitor market conditions, forecast account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum three years of experience in credit insurance, banking, claims or factoring.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- P&C insurance license a plus or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
