Account Manager – Night Shift (Australia Support)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients based in Australia. The role is based on‑site in Medellín and requires flexibility to work night or rotating shifts to align with Australian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with assigned accounts.
• Drive renewals and achieve expansion targets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle.
• Use Salesforce to track activities, opportunities, and customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
• Advanced English (C1) with clear pronunciation for frequent client interaction.
• Availability for night/rotating shifts and flexibility in schedule.
