Accountant

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an Accountant to support the Global Head of Taxes and Group Accounting, the Global Head of M&A and Ventures, and the Global Head of Controlling. You will handle a variety of administrative and financial tasks, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Post bank statements, reconcile bank accounts and petty cash, and ensure timely bank payments.
• Assist the chief accountant with internal and external audit preparation.
• Calculate and prepare tax returns, process tax payments, and handle expense tracking.
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders and manage expense recording.
• Support period‑closing activities: review fixed assets, advances, payroll interface, inventories, P&L, depreciation transactions.
• Prepare reports for headquarters and assist in audit of financial transactions and documents.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (Certified Accountant).
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in a similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations, local GAAP and IFRS.
• Structured, well‑organized individual with good communication skills.
