About the role
The Addi Gateway Program is a 12‑month launchpad for early‑career talent to solve real problems at the intersection of business, technology, and AI. Participants rotate across two teams, own end‑to‑end projects, and aim for a full‑time offer with equity.
Key responsibilities
- Work on real‑world problems in lending, risk, fraud, growth, marketing, sales, finance, product or people.
- Complete two six‑month rotations, culminating in a capstone presented to senior leadership.
- Participate in onboarding, midpoint review, and final conversion assessment.
Required profile
- Final‑year student or graduate with up to 1 year of experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, curious, AI‑obsessed, and impact‑driven.
Required skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
- Comfort with AI tools and technology usage.
