AI Performance Video Designer

About the role

A fast-growing AI marketing automation platform that serves enterprise marketing teams is hiring an AI Performance Video Designer to join its creative production team. The designer turns strategy into scroll-stopping paid social ads for Meta and TikTok, working across US and European client accounts. It is a fast-paced, high-volume role: you will ship many ads, track their performance and use the results to improve the next batch.

Key responsibilities

• Take an ad from concept and hook through AI visuals, editing, pacing, sound, captions and final delivery.
• Design and produce performance ads for Meta and TikTok campaigns from start to finish.
• Tailor creative for US and European audiences by adjusting messaging, tone and visual style.
• Produce assets at scale to support rapid A/B testing across concepts, hooks and formats.
• Work with strategists and campaign managers to turn performance data into new creative directions.
• Keep all output on-brand and compliant across a portfolio of simultaneous client campaigns.
• Stay up to date on Meta and TikTok ad formats, technical specs and creative trends.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of directly relevant English-language paid social video experience.
• Experience with photorealistic AI-human ads, claymation, animation and mixed media (mandatory).
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Strong portfolio of polished, brand-appropriate performance creative for corporate/B2B and D2C consumer brands.
• Sharp eye for aesthetics and strong experience working with sophisticated brands.
