AI Project Manager (Remote LATAM)

About the role

INSPYR Global Solutions is hiring a Project Manager (AI-Enabled) for a 12+ month remote contract in Latin America, open to citizens of the country of employment or those authorized to work there. The role uses AI tools to make project planning, execution, reporting, communication and operations more efficient; it is a project management position, not an AI product or machine learning engineering role, and experience with AI-specific projects is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, maintain status trackers, identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigation and escalation.
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitate meetings, document decisions and share progress updates.
• Use AI tools to streamline documentation, meeting summaries, task tracking, status reporting and research or analysis, and use AI assistants to cut down repetitive admin work while checking accuracy.
• Track project KPIs and delivery performance, present insights and drive process improvements.
• Work in Agile, Scrum, hybrid or traditional delivery environments as appropriate.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience leading and delivering projects as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or digital environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI assistants or AI-enabled tools to improve project-management workflows, with concrete examples of impact.
• Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic, with a monthly rate within USD 4,000 all-inclusive.
• Nice to have: experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar tools, and familiarity with AI features in everyday tools such as Microsoft Copilot in Teams or Office and Notion AI.

Required skills

• Planning, project execution, risk management, prioritization and stakeholder communication.
• Project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project governance fundamentals.
• Advanced English, including clear written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
