AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter to manage full‑cycle hiring for U.S.‑based clients. The role focuses on sourcing and placing highly specialized talent in AI, machine learning, robotics and related engineering fields.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions such as AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers and Controls Engineers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and industry communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create candidate profiles and align sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interview processes.

Required profile

• Bilingual with English level B2+/C1 and strong verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically sourcing AI, robotics or machine‑learning talent for the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to assess technical job requirements and identify niche skill sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
