Analyst, Learning Delivery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Analyst, Learning Delivery in Bogotá. The role covers the end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production, from pre-session planning through post-session completion. It works with facilitators, vendors, internal teams and program stakeholders, and raises exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage schedules, program and session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters and system updates.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup, technology, materials, catering, access and local support.
• Share confirmed session requirements with Learning Resource Management, which handles quotations, purchase orders and payments.
• Manage intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance and post-program follow-up.
• Monitor enrollment, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations.
• Resolve routine issues, escalate exceptions, and use feedback and data to suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years of experience in event management, learning or HR operations.
• Experience in learning or program delivery.
• Advanced English.
