Application Security Manager (Product & AI Security)

About the role

Auxis is expanding its tech operations in Bogotá and is looking for an Application Security Manager focused on Product and AI Security. This is a leadership role embedding security across the software lifecycle, working closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps and AI teams. It suits someone passionate about DevSecOps, modern cloud architectures and emerging AI risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Veracode platform and drive SAST, DAST and SCA integrations into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct application security risk assessments and design reviews, ensuring compliance with OWASP ASVS standards
• Lead security risk assessments for AI-enabled products, covering autonomy, tool usage, data access and AI governance
• Assess vendor and SaaS security postures and drive cybersecurity integration for newly acquired applications

Required profile

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in AppSec, product security and secure SDLC
• English at B2+ level or higher (mandatory)
• Experience or strong interest in AI security assessments and governance is highly desirable
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CISM or equivalent AppSec/Cloud/AI certifications preferred
