Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager joins the client‑facing Project Management team to ensure localisation projects run efficiently. You will act as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage standard translation projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, quoting, budgeting and workflow execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact (with senior PM support), provide updates and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify risks, produce reporting and post‑mortems, and ensure compliance with CAPA requirements.
• Support account initiatives, process improvements, forecasting and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of project coordination experience in localisation or a similar field, plus at least 1 year in customer service or account management.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills, able to work under pressure and maintain high quality.
• Proactive, client‑focused and collaborative attitude, with the ability to support junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CAT tools and custom localisation workflows.
• Fluency in an additional language is desired.
