About the role
Legal Soft is hiring experienced asylum paralegals to support U.S.-based immigration law firms. The position is fully remote, full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) and aligned with U.S. business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with asylum clients to gather information and document their stories.
- Draft detailed asylum declarations and legal documents.
- Assemble evidence packages and supporting documentation.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal briefs and country conditions reports.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based legal teams on asylum cases.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling U.S. asylum cases (required).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Strong legal writing, research and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
