B2B Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

The Paid Advertising Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self‑starters and autonomously own their responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing across paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing).
• Lead campaign builds, production, and on‑time delivery with redundancy across channels.
• Optimize performance against goals, manage client budgets and pacing, and ensure error‑free QA.
• Develop and present proactive strategy recommendations, maintain testing roadmaps, and escalate performance risks early.
• Own performance reporting, data storytelling, and internal communication with client teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and campaign strategy.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client‑facing presentation skills, and self‑motivation.
