Senior ABM Strategist

About the role

The Senior ABM Strategist leads B2B account‑based marketing and go‑to‑market strategy for complex client accounts, focusing on audience strategy, account prioritisation and activation‑ready planning using 6sense and Clay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead B2B GTM and ABM strategy across ICP development, persona creation, buying‑committee mapping, account prioritisation, TAL development and campaign planning.
• Own 6sense strategy, including segment creation, audience logic, buying‑stage interpretation, intent data usage and reporting.
• Use Clay for account enrichment, TAL building, manual verification and segmentation workflows.
• Translate client goals, sales priorities and market signals into clear GTM recommendations and activation plans.
• Partner with Paid Media, Content, Analytics and Sales teams to turn ABM strategy into integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Senior‑level experience in B2B ABM, account‑based motions and client‑facing strategy work.

• Clay platform expertise.
