Digital Marketing Project Manager – Fashion

About the role

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be the communications hub between the client and internal teams, ensuring fashion‑focused digital campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Client Experience team and supported by the PMO, you will manage multiple accounts and service lines in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage concurrent accounts, service lines and cross‑functional teams using Asana and other communication tools.
• Create, execute and adjust deliverable plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality and stakeholder communication for all deliverables.
• Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items and diligent follow‑up.
• Evaluate new work requests, allocate resources and schedule tasks.
• Provide regular progress updates and conduct risk management to proactively mitigate issues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work‑management platform.
• Relevant project‑management certification (CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with digital‑marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid social, analytics, etc.
