About the role

The Senior Paid Advertising Strategist leads performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value fashion accounts. You will combine expert channel knowledge with AI‑driven tools to drive measurable business outcomes and guide client conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA, manage budget pacing, and advise on budget adjustments.
• Provide expert‑level management of at least two major ad channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Develop actionable insights from campaign data, maintain testing roadmaps, and drive continuous experimentation.
• Mentor junior talent, uphold delivery excellence, and integrate AI and Nova ecosystem tools into workflows.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital‑marketing experience, with 3+ years in an agency setting.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience with at least two paid‑advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
