Bilingual Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

Job Duck is hiring a Bilingual Digital Marketing Assistant to turn marketing strategy into consistent, effective daily execution. You will create engaging content, maintain marketing calendars, coordinate campaigns and track performance across several digital channels, contributing to lead generation, brand visibility, referral relationships and client engagement. The role suits a proactive, creative and detail-oriented person who manages priorities independently, learns new platforms quickly and turns performance data into improvements. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PDT.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management and campaign coordination.
• Maintain content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
• Support paid advertising on Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Track marketing KPIs, spot performance trends and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Create and coordinate content with Canva, WordPress and AI-powered tools.
• Keep client and marketing data in GoHighLevel, Clio or similar CRM platforms.
• Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Calendar for daily operations.
• Handle occasional inbound and outbound calls.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency with strong written communication and grammar.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management or campaign coordination.
• Experience tracking KPIs and preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to new processes.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
