Bilingual Legal Case Manager

About the role

Bush & Bush Law Group, a personal injury law firm, is looking for a bilingual Legal Case Manager to help manage cases from initial client contact through resolution. The role requires strong organization, excellent communication and a good understanding of personal injury litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client cases through intake, discovery, trial preparation and resolution
• Keep clients informed about case progress and answer their questions
• Work with attorneys to prepare documents, gather and organize evidence and develop case strategies
• Monitor court deadlines, statutes of limitations and internal timelines
• Help prepare discovery responses and legal pleadings
• Maintain complete and accurate case files
• Facilitate communication between clients, experts and other stakeholders
• Research case law, statutes and regulations, and assist with trial preparation materials such as exhibits, witness lists and trial binders

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
