Bilingual Legal Counsel (Early Career)

About the role

Join TuParcero’s fast‑growing fintech as a Bilingual Legal Counsel at the start of your professional journey. You will work on‑site in Medellín, gaining hands‑on experience across a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters while using English daily.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and support negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Assist with customer legal matters such as PQRs, petitions and tutela actions.
• Support responses to regulatory authorities, including the SIC.
• Assist with commercial, contractual, civil, labor and corporate legal issues.
• Partner with HR on employment‑related topics.
• Support compliance initiatives and legal risk assessments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums.
• Maintain legal documentation, contract templates and internal records.

Required profile

• Law degree with an active Colombian Bar license.
• Up to one year of professional legal experience (internships and trainee work considered).
• Advanced English (B2+ or C1) with daily communication in English.
• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and proactive.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
