Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

A remote position for an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CT, based in Colombia, Honduras or Mexico. The role supports attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury claims, maintains communication with Spanish-speaking clients and helps with case development, documentation and settlement preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation support.
• Conduct client interviews and keep regular contact in both English and Spanish.
• Obtain, review and organise medical records, bills, police reports and other case documents.
• Draft correspondence, demand packages and legal documents.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers and other parties involved in claims.
• Monitor case deadlines and keep accurate case files.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery and settlement negotiations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident cases.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
